My housemate Anikee, who owns and operates this amazing piece of real estate held a bake stall out the front of the shop during the Sydney Road Street Festival last Sunday. She whipped up six different flavours of cupcakes that not only looked and tasted amazing, but contained fair trade and ethical ingredients. I managed to nab a rosewater and pistachio, and a chocolate peanut butter before they were all sold. Both were simply incredible, and I wouldn't be surprised if a few people come back to the shop asking for more!Top to bottom: Chocolate peanut butter (with cookies and cream in the background); pistachio rosewater; coconut rough; choc-mint; jam donut

Hmmm... so I'm thinking once I'm back in Australia, I shall be asking my brother to go get me some chocolate peanut butter cupcakes and overnght them to Canberra :)

gorgeous cupcakes - now I really wish I had been able to go to the sydney rd fest on sunday - maybe I will manage to get down there to check if cupcakes are appearing - of course it would be much more convenient and tempting to actually live above RG but at least I can walk there if I feel energetic
