Sunshine and blueberries

Sunday morning's breakfast: Old fashioned Chelsea waffles from Vegan Brunch topped with organic blueberries and banana, and maple syrup. The polenta (cornmeal) in these puppies gives them a little crunch and makes them extra amazing. And if you've never had an organic blueberry, baby you've never lived! Yea Boi!

OMG that looks sooo good!! Beautiful photo too :) I have GOT to get myself a waffle iron!! I remember living in Montreal and being able to get huge baskets of organic wild blueberries from the market, nothing like what you get here (UK), they were tiny and super sweet and amazing! Sigh, I miss those :)
